What is Benevolent Beauty Box?
Benevolent Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box service strictly delivering 100% cruelty free cosmetics.
What can I expect in my box?
Boxes will be mainly focused on cosmetics but will also include some skin care, hair care or tools. VIP boxes will contain 4-7 full sized products. Mini boxes will contain 2-3 full size products *Minis may contain samples from time to time.
Are the products all natural and vegan?
Currently, our only focus is cruelty free. We will always try to include as many vegan friendly and natural products as possible but there are no guarantees.
When will I get my box?
Boxes ship mid-month every month. Cutoff dates for current boxes is the 22nd so any orders placed after that will automatically roll over to the next month to receive the next box. If you order after but want the current box, please email us at email@example.com. If we have some in stock still, we can accommodate!
Do I get to choose colors? How do my preferences work?
Unfortunately you cannot choose what color variation you will receive. The preferences are there so we can determine which one will work best for you. Please note that we will not always have variations of products so there will be times everyone gets the same color/shade. If we do have variations, that is where your preferences come into play.
Does it renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
Why is my account past due?
When subscriptions renew, if your card on file is not current, you will receive an email requesting an update to your billing. The system will automatically try every day for 10 days and if it is not updated by then, your subscription will expire.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account. You can also reactivate your subscription in the same place.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can skip any month you wish. You can also do this by logging into your account.
Can I change my preferences or term?
Yes! You can always change your preferences, box or term. All of this can be done in your account under "Your Subscription". Preference changes will take effect immediately. Box or term changes will take effect on your next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Once an order is placed, we cannot offer a refund.
But what if I don't like my box?
Unfortunately, this is the nature of subscription boxes. We would LOVE if everyone loved everything we picked but we know that's not realistic as everyone's tastes and preferences are different. We hope that our service is beneficial to learn more about what you like and what you don't like. You may not like a month but we hope that you like or love more months than you dislike!
One of my items is damaged, what is your replacement policy?
So sorry! If you receive a damaged item, please email us with a picture of the item next to your shipping label to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement to be shipped in your next box. If you cancel your subscription before the next box, we'll ship the replacement separately.
My box shipped but I haven't received it, what do I do?
Please contact your post office first as they will always have the most up to date info on transit. If your box says delivered, please email us within 30 days of delivery to further assist you.
Can I contact you through social media with account questions?
While we love interacting with everyone on social media, please contact us via email with any questions or issues specific to your account. We don't always get notifications and for privacy reasons, it's much easier to help you through email.
Mad, angry or frustrated with something?

We are firm believers in treating others the way you want to be treated and will not take kindly to rude and disrespectful comments or emails.
